CTM Engine is used for operational planning. For the glassware industry, if the total demand for a mould level is less than 3 days, than all the demands are refused and waited for some other demand for a certain amount of time. In order to fulfill this request, custom programs are coded and the total demand for mould level is calculated and sent to CTM. PP/DS Consultant --- Following the CTM process, PP/DS optimizer is also run in order to optimize setup cost between moulds, which is very important for glassware industry.
